Right next to a Walmart. Nice restaurant and mini-mart on property. New pirate ship pool is very nice. This was our 2nd stay here. It's brand new and very nice.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here. We enjoy the hotel because of the size suite we get for the money. It is great because we have our own room and the kids have their room. We like having the kitchen and washer/dryer available. The reason for the low rating regarding the cleanliness and quality of room is because when we arrived in our room, a chair in the livingroom was wet. We pushed it to the side and lived with it. We then discovered there weren't any wash cloths. We called for some and no one came. Then the big one - we went to turn down the bed and found out the sheets had obviously not been changed (short hairs, blood, etc). We called down and they sent housekeeping. However, the person handed us sheets only (no pillowcases) and expected us to change the bed. After another call, they changed our room. The new room was how it should be - clean. In the end, they didn't charge us for that night. After 3 years, we believe this is not the norm and will still go back again. However, we will check the beds/room more closely from now on.

The rooms were perfect! Plenty of space for a family of 4. Loved the master suite. King bed, double jacuzi, double shower. Kitchen was great. Had everything we needed.

The facility itself is pretty new and you can still smell the new paint for some buildings. It is quite spacious 2B/2B. It is better for short stay. For long stay, you may have to pay extra for room service. Overall a good experience.

Construction noise was a bit loud at times, and also we had only cold water in shower #2. Probably still working the kinks out since it's new. However, the suites were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I would highly recommend Lake Buena Vista Resort & Spa to couples and families. The location is perfect - near Disney and close enough to the MCO airport.

By car
From Orlando International Airport (South Exit):
Take 417 South (Greeneway) to Exit 6. At the traffic light make a left (SR 535). The hotel is 400 metres ahead on the left, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.

From the FL Turnpike:
Take Exit 249 onto the Osceola Parkway heading West to SR 535. Make a right. The hotel is 400 metres ahead on the right, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.

From 1-4 Heading East:
Take Exit 68 (SR 535). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed for 2 miles (3.2 km) and the hotel will be on left hand side, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.

From 1-4 Heading West:
Take Exit 68 (SR 535). Turn left at light. Go 2 miles (3.2 km) and the hotel will be on left hand side, directly behind Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A one night deposit of room and tax may be taken at the point of confirming the reservation. If cancellation is made less than 3 days prior to arrival we will charge a one night's room and tax penalty. Plus local taxes -currently 12.5% Housekeeping service not included. Resort Fee will return. For 2009, the rate will be $9.50 per guestroom, per night – non taxable.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
