YHE CLEANING IN THE ROOM IS TERRIBLE, YOU ONLY MAKE THE BEDS, AND THATS IT. THE TAXIS THAT YOU HAVE THERE IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY TOLD THE TOURIST THAT THE RATES ARE FAIR, BUT WHEN I TAKE ANOTHER TO RETURN, ALSO WITH A LOT OF TRAFFIC WHERE 20% LESS. ONE DAY I FORGOT MY TICKET TO ENTER UNIVERSAL, WAS MY FOULT (I HAD MY HEAD IN SPAIN WITH MY BROTHER IN INTENSIVE WITH A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT), WE HAD TO RETURN TO THE HOTEL AND HE CHARGE ME $100,00 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO GO TO UNIVERSAL).I FELT ROBBED. YOU SAID THAT THE LOCAL TELEPHONES ARE FREE, BUT MY TELEPHONE NEVER WORKED. I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND NEEDED TO CALL TO SPAIN, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO BUY A TELEPHONE CARD IN THE MACHINE YOU HAVE THERE, BUT I COULDNT MAKE THE CALL BECAUSE THE TELEPHONES ARE NOY WORKING. ONLY WHEN I START CRYNG BECAUSE MY IMPOTENSE, THE MANAGER MADE THE CALL WITH MY CARD IN HIS TELEHONE, SO I ASK YOU WHY HE DIDN'T HELP ME SINCE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE AGENCY THAT YOY HAVE THERE THAT SELL TICKET TO THE PARKS, AND THEY SOLD ME SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAT THEY TOLD ME AND I HAD PROBLEMS TO ENTER TO THE WATER PARK.AND I HAD TO PAYED AGAIN, THE MANAGER ONLY TOLD ME "IAM SORRY" . I WOUL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN THERE.

How to reach Hotel Royal Plaza in the Walt Disney World® Resort

By car
From Orlando International Airport:
Take the Central Florida Greenway (417) to Exit 6. Continue to the second traffic light (State Road 535). Turn right and continue to Hotel Plaza Boulevard where you will turn left (there is a big Mickey Mouse welcoming you at the entrance). The Royal Plaza is the second hotel on the left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
