mala atencion , demasiado ruido externo ,mala limpieza, las llaves se bloquean hasta tres veces al dia , mal servicio en el loby, mala calidad en general , muy descontento si tuviera la posibilidad de que me devolvieran el dinero seria muy justo ante la mala estadia en este hotel

This place is gross. When we got there, they gave me a room that already had someone staying in there!!! Then, upon checking out in the morning, they tried to charge me extra for "switching rooms". Completely incompetent staff. DON'T STAY AT THE IMPERIAL SWAN!

None of the employees wanted to be helpful. The rooms had a bad odor, and so did the halls. They had no elevator, when I asked about them, they said it is only one floor up to carry suitcases. The room we received even though they were no where near capacity was a view of the badly worn roof, and heard the motors outside our window run all the time. Ron the pool bar guy was the only nice person there. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your money!
