By car
From the East:
Take Exit 74A from I-4 and go west on Sand Lake Road (SR482). Turn right on Apopka-Vineland Road, proceed to the first traffic light and turn left onto Bay Hill Boulevard. The Bay Hill Club is approximately 1/2 mile (800 metres) ahead, on the right.

From the West:
Take Exit 74 from I-4 and go west on Sand Lake Road (SR482), then follow the above directions.

From the North and South:
From Florida Turnpike, exit onto I-4 West (follow signs for Tampa), take exit 74A, then follow the above directions.

From Orlando International Airport:
Take the Beachline Expressway (SR528) west to I-4, go east on I-4 to Exit 74, then follow the above directions.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local tax is not included in the price.
On-site parking is free of charge.
Access to the pool, Spa and fitness facility is complimentary.
Access to tennis facilities is $20.00 + tax per court, per hour.
Golf is extra per round of 18 holes, based on the season: Jan - March $225.00/April-May $185.00/June-Sept $110.00/Oct - Dec $185.00 (rates include cart fee, green fee and a bucket of range/practice balls).
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs $25.00 including tax and gratuity per person.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 72 hours day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night. LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
