Goldstar Inn & Suites - Kissimmee, Orlando

The price is cheap but the room was not very clean. We stayed 12 nights and the floor was never cleaned. We also recommend to lay on the floor sheets and towels to make them change!

The room was very nice clean and full of amenities and specious. I will stay here again. Staff is very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this place to budget savvy travelers. I was very happy with my stay here and fully enjoyed it.

The hotel is very cheap but not very clean. We are not very happy with our stay here.

It's really complicated to arrive because there are no signals and even the exit that leads to the hotel is quite difficult to find. However, it is a really cheap hotel and the services offered are good enough for it to be recommended.

Good for the money

We found several baby cockroaches in the bathroom and trough the sink area

The Hotel was as described in the Hotel reservation, nice hotel and friendly with the guest. They fix any problem with kindness.

Acoglienza pessima. Ci avevano riservato una tipologia di stanza sbagliata e dopo due giorni ci hanno fatto cambiare stanza. La colazione è oscena. Infine sono stata derubata dei souvenir che avevo acquistato e che avevo lasciato nella mia stanza (scarpe nike, magliette... nessun oggetto che può essere messo in una cassetta di sicurezza insomma). Il personale dell'albergo non mi ha fornito alcun aiuto, anzi se ne è completamente disinteressato, tergiversando tutto il tempo. Ho perso mezza giornata ad aspettare una fantomatica donna delle pulizie responsabile della mia stanza che, guarda caso, proprio quel giorno non era rintracciabile ed era in ritardo per il suo turno di lavoro. Mai più.

Goldstar Inn & Suites by far exceeded my expectations. For the price I paid I was expecting some regular, old, run-down shack, but boy was I wrong. The surroundings was great; close to EVERYTHING!!! The staff were great and welcoming! The room was very clean. There was ample amount of towels (too much if you ask me, but then again each room holds 5 people max). A LOT of TV channels, 3 HBOs, Disney Channel, Disney parks channel, ALL local channels, CNN, TBS, and the list goes on!!! I was really impressed with everything!! I booked two nights and ended up staying four. Why bother relatives when the hotel was so darn comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The only thing I wish they had was breakfast in the morning (because I honestly don't feel like going to the store so early). They do have coffee and tea though, great service! I also wish their AC was quieter, but set it on 'Low Cool' and you'll sleep like a baby. No noise or any disturbance from neighbors!! Staying at the hotel felt like home! Also, LOTS of parking space, and on the location rent-a-car. What more can you ask for??? FANTASTIC HOTEL, GREAT SERVICE, TERRIFIC PRICE, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL ORLANDO AREA VISITORS!!!! Have a good night's stay guys. You'll be glad you chose this hotel. Again, RECOMMENDED! A+++++++++++

We got some problems with the access card for our room!

Normal room fit in the price and you don't expect much with the price that you pay for. Just to stay for a couple of nights and go out for travelling. Staff is o.k. It has a car rental counter inside the hotel.

In the description they mentioned "breakfast included" the breakfast was only black coffee and granola bars.

The goldstar was no where near the map location,Map states right near disney allsports complex,but in fact its 10 miles away west on the 192 highway MARKER 14 in kissimmee,motel was very troublesome,guests were workers and NOT TOURISTS police were frequent visitors to our motel and the one next door,TOTAL MIS-DESCRIPTION...very un-happy stay.......

For $26 a night it was a great deal. An older room but clean sheets and no bad odors! I highly recommend checking with the hotel before your arrival. When we checked in we found that our reservation had been messed up between the computer and the actual hotel and was scheduled for a month after the actual date! The hotel graciously accepted our price and date and all was well. The workers we encountered were friendly.
