The quoted rate does not include taxes, which are 6,5% state tax, plus 6% resort tax, which to me is just a hidden lift of the prices. There are a lot of small flies, both inside and in the pool-water. Part of nature, I guess, but the poolwater is not as clean as in 4 other pools we used during a 3-week visit to southern Florida. The primary pool is the only one with fun-stuff for the smaller kids, and it's a long walk from the building farthest away. But it was very popular!

middle to upper class, long term guests (condo owners) Advice is to have transportation of own. Shuttle service which was offered on web site was very limited to the number of guests at the resort. (1-2 15 passenger van for the entire resort made 1 trip. Left alot of people stranded and having to pay for a service that was said to be free to guests.

Things were dirty in the room. It was clear that the cleaning personnel took shortcuts. The tables had handprints and the placemats had red sauce on these when entering the room the first night. It made me wonder what else wasn't really cleaned. I would take sprays or wipes like I do with less expensive hotels and give the place a clean wiping. Also, the suana is at the small kid's pool, not at the main pool. I thought that was poor planning. construction was everywhere. the entire area is being built out as resort condos where peoople buy these as an investment and then rent it out like hotels. This is the place to stay for space and going with a few couples or families to share the room because the rooms are separate. I wouldn't stay here just to stay here as a resort environment.
