Not a bad overall place. Lobby is very nice and the location is good. The room had a funny smell. It did bother my allergies a bit to stay in the room. I'm fairly sensitive to allergies so if your average then you might be fine. However if you have sever allergies you might want to look else where. The furniture in the room had minor stains. I've paid less and had better spots in Orlando. The 18 dollar a day resort fee is pretty lame. I wouldn't mind if they told you up front but most places are like that now an days. Overall the staff is great and very helpful. I'd stay there again though.

Great location being directly connected to the Florida Mall, close to Airport and not far from theme parks. Staff were very helpful and room was modern, spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Great hotel. The pictures of the pool area do not do it justice, it is the nicest pool (great temp.)I've been in for ages! The little cafe, Crickets, is really expensive and the Starbucks on site didn't have breakfast sandwiches. The mall is fabulous and there are restaurants and a really good food court for lunch choices. Rooms have a fridge and coffee/tea maker and free bottled water is provided. The business centre has computers for guests use free of charge as well. I would recommend this hotel. Lots of shopping, no car required! Twenty minute ride from the airport

It was time of Christmas and New year, therefore entire families children and adults, had travelled for a place where the diversion is guaranteed !! If you search to be in a place where it has easiness of purchases at good stores and food, access the roads take you to other malls, stay in Florida Hotel & Conference Center. There is tax of US$12,00 per day that you have access the Internet of good connection and water in the room, comparison to the NY prices and other hotels, I found just. In case that it only looks for diversion, stay in resorts inside the parks.
