By airplane
From Orlando International Airport: Head south on Airport Boulevard. Take the ramp for State Road (SR) 436/Terminal B/N exit/SR-528-Toll and merge onto Airport Boulevard. Take the ramp for State Road 528 (Toll road) West in order to go onto the Interstate 4/International Drive/Florida's Turnpike. Merge onto State Road 528 West (toll road) and then take the exit onto the Interstate 4 West towards Tampa/Disney World. Take Exit 68 to merge onto State Road 535 North towards Lake Buena Vista. Turn right at Palm Parkway. Make a U-turn at Lake Street and you will see the Celebrity Resorts Lake Buena Vista Hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the accommodations are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than 10 a.m.

Local taxes are not included in the price.
Wireless Internet connection is not included and costs $9.95 for 1 day, $22.95 for 3 days, and $32.95 for a week.
The cleaning service is not included in the price and costs $27.00 (per service) for the Tidy Service and $37.00 (per service) for the Full Service.
A resort fee of $3.99 will be added to your nightly room bill which includes parking, unlimited local calls, 30 minutes of domestic long distance calls, Internet access in the business center, photocopying, use of fax machine, in-room safe, coffee in the lobby, and a baby crib or additional bed. Cribs and beds are subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled at least 3 days prior to arrival, if the reservation is cancelled in less than 3 days, one night room and tax will be charged. Holiday Cancellation Policy: Christmas 7 days prior to arrival, all other Holidays 5 days prior to arrival. No-shows will be charged one night room and tax. Early check-outs are non-refundable. ****Credit card payment is taken in full at the time of booking, NO reservation is to be taken without being paid in full at booking.***
