Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, large screened balconies with sliding glass doors, and two full bathrooms with hair dryer, bathtub or shower, and dual sinks.

By car
From Orlando International Airport:
Traveling north on Airport Blvd West, take the SR-528-toll West towards Interstate 4. Proceed on Interstate 4 West towards Tampa/Disney World, then take Exit 64, US Hwy-192 West (Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy) towards Disney World. Continue on US Hwy-192 West (passed Disney World) to Westside Blvd then turn left onto Westside Blvd. Caribe Cove Resort is approximately 1/2 mile/800m on the right hand side.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A mandatory resort amenities fee of $5.95 + tax per villa, per night applies to all bookings made from April 7, 2009 onwards. The fee is payable at check-in, and includes unlimited free DVD rentals on-site, free local & domestic long distance telephone calls, free Wi-Fi access in public areas, and unlimited use of fitness centre, steam room & sauna.
Local tax is not included in the price.
Parking is included in the price.
House keeping service is not included in the price and costs $65.00 plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking, the client's credit card will be charged one night's room and tax. If cancellation is done less than 3 days prior to arrival, we will retain one night's deposit. NOTE THAT THIS RESORT DOES CHARGE A ONE TIME $65.00 CLEANING FEE PER RESERVATION.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
