Hotel San Biagio Relais - Orbetello

Everything was perfect ande the rate with VENERE very convenient

Very nice location and palace,excellent service, especially the "buffet" dinner in the courtyard.

Finding the hotel is not easy - no signs ... even bad on Italian standards...be advised parking is not clear or easy - you must park along the main road along the sea and walk back to the hotel - no parking at the hotel

Wonderful place! My only reservation in recommending it so highly is that it may become difficult to book it again when we next visit Rome. We had a lovely stay - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the hotel itself was beautiful and set in the most amazing location

We had an excellent time in this hotel. Spacious room, friendly hotel staff and the breakfast is superb. I do think that 170 euro per night plus 10 euros per day for parking the car at a non-guarded outdoor parking space, is a bit expensive for this time of the year. Perhaps if they would have offered more (like a fitness centre, driving people to the beach), or not charge extra for the parking space, I would understand it. I have stayed in similar hotels for less money this month. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel to others and I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Under property facilities it states "access for disabled". We were the only guests in the hotel, they put us in a charming second floor room and there were no elevators. I'm not sure what they think access for disabled means. The city maps available consisted of a photocopied, black & white map which did not point out interesting sites. We received no personal newspaper, there is no bar, there multilingual staff spoke very little english, there was no real tourist information available, and I saw no room service available all of which is listed on your website. But don't take this all bad. This was a charming boutique hotel (even if we did have to carry our own bags up to the second floor). This is a guiet little town, off the beaten path. It is an area that is worth checking out. I just wish they could have provided us more information about the area.

We only spent one night since we were travelling to Island of Elba. Convenient stop.

In the room the only light that worked were the ones near to the bed and one on the table and the one that lighted the bathroom. No light was available entering the room.We had to move in the dark to find a possible light. The closing of the window was broken and flapped all night long. We couldn't sleep a single hour. During the breakfast the waiter wiped the floor next to the shelves with the cakes and biscuits exposed. For sure the dust so moved reached the shelves.
