Hotel staff very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Parking was absolutely secure (between rock formations & a locked steel garage door!). Courtyard was cozy and beautiful. We walked to everything, including the Tourist Info Office, the Roman Amphitheater, and restaurants/shops. Only drawback - carpet looked like the maid forgot to vacuum & we found one large spider, so we left a note. I don't remember there being an elevator.
