This hotel is ideally located with excellent staff. The drawbacks are noise and parking. One night is sufficient for Orange whose restaurants did not inspire us.

Spent just a couple of days in Orange, a charming Roman town with some stunning things to see (although two days is enough to see everything). Very much a big village where people are very friendly and prices are more reasonable than further south. Came in by train (direct TGV from Paris) and walked to the hotel (20 minutes) because I think there are only a few taxis in town and we couldn't find one. But the walk is easy and takes you straight through the old town. The hotel is on a wide street near the tourist info centre and on the very edge of the old town. Orange is so small that everywhere is in walking distance and there are numerous bars and restaurants around. We got a warm welcome when we arrived and this continued through our stay. Nice big foyer area where you can sit around (and have breakfast) and an area outide for drinks. Room was reasonably big and clean and very quiet (it's a quiet town). Clearly very well-run place in a very attractive town.

NIce clean hotel, very good location. Very convenient if you're travelling with your car : Parking spaces available on main square in front of hotel; alternatively the hotel has a few spaces available in private indoor garage. The breakfast is extra, but there is a bakery and a few cafés available just outside the hotel.

This was our first visit to Orange. We only stayed one afternoon and one morning. We thought it was a very pleasant small city. People in general were hospitable and kind. They even offered help when not asked. Atmosphere was charming and hotel was very good. The owner most friendly and nice. I would recommend both.

I spent a really pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, quiet and spacious, and the bathroom also. The hotel staff was kind and efficient. There was no refregerator and few TV channels, but anyway I didn't need them at all. All was excellent for me.

We are a married couple. orange is alovely town. we stayed 4 nights, and every day we traveled to sites, cities and villages in provence. the owners are married charming couple who did their best to help us and to please our stay. the location of the hotel is very central and there are some very nice street arround it. every thursday there is a market. we reserved a superior room, but at the first night we got standart room. at the next morning the owner was very generous and gave us keys to the two best rooms in the hotel to choose from. breakfast was very good and rich. great ratio between quality and price. we will be back again.

You can spend a few hours in Orange and see everything ... no need to stay over night. If you decide to stay over try the restaurant Cote de Garden. Great restaurant.

A great location in the middle of town very friendly staff nice room and breakfast was reasonable value. If arriving by rail a taxi is a good idea but we were unable to get one on the day we left and walked to the station without any problem.Orange is a lovely town and if you wish to see Avignon it is easily reached by bus. Rally enjoyed our stay and would happily return to this hotel.

We stayed one night here during our tour through Provence. The hotel gave us excellent value for the money, I would recomment it to everyone passing through the area. Clean rooms and reasonably good breakfast (it's worth the extra money to take breakfast in the hotel, for all those who, like us, want to have more than a coffe and a croissant in the morning - if you try to put a breakfast together from the bakery next door you come to the same price or more). The rooms are small, but for a short stay it's more than enough. The hotel radiates a nice french flair. Found the hotel with some effort (asked a local) - the map description is almost good and took us almost to the right place, but not quite there. Pay more attention to the last 20% meters of the way as for the rest 80% ;-) Only minus - it has no own parking. But public parking is avaliable in front of the hotel (free in the evenings, on sunday and public holidays; very good fro short stay) or 50 m away (cheaper than in front of the hotel for long stay). You are advised not to leave any valuables in the car due to theft danger. However we did not feel insecure. The hotel is very close to the main attraction in Orange - the theater (which by the way, it's worth a long visit) and to nice some restaurants. The personnel is very friendly, speaks english. Internet access is free, a computer is in the lobby.

Hotel was OK for a 1 night stay (we were on our way to Spain). We didn't take a breakfast, because rather expensive (you can by croissants and coffee next door). Easy access from the highway, wireless internet for free: great!

We loved the town with the 'roman stuff' and the pont du gard close by and avignon. And the wine, oh my god! Felt like it was a good, central location to stay. Would have stayed longer.

The only downside was that there was no parking space available in the hotel's parking lot (moreover we would have been charged extra for it - same goes for the breakfast). Other than that: friendly, helpful employees; clean and spacious rooms... a very pleasant stay

This is a very welcoming family hotel, that is conveniently situated in the heart of Orange, and what a nice change not to stay in a chain hotel. The hotel has managed to keep the charm of rustic France as well as the technology of the 21 century.
