The Hotel is a litle bit old and the ventilation and temperature is rather poor and high especially at the higher floors. In the summer it must be unbearable. Depending on the person on the reception one is very friendly the other was not to flexible with the bill / nota. Besides parking is a disaster (actually no provisions. It was the first time I stayed in Hotel Residenz.
