Personale molto gentile. Volevamo una stanza non fumatori e ci è stato offerto addirittura un appartamento con grande terrazzo panoramico vista mare senza sovrapprezzo (se non quello previsto per il vista mare: €5). Colazione eccellente ed abbondantissima. Ottimo!

I stay for two days in Opatija, the hotel was clean and very beautiful, also the swimming pool included into the price was cool. Only the hotel was composed of 4 bulding with a one reception and was a labyrint to reach the reception.

Recently refurbished hotel split into 4 x seperate buildings. Avoid the Magnolia building as the telephones don't work in any of the rooms and it's quite a way back down to reception if you want anything, but rear fooms have great see views, as would the main building which houses reception. Wisteria is higher up closer to the main road, but a beautiful old building with high ceilings. Also the advertised 30 plus TV channels including several English speaking ones turns out to be only 6, and none of them in English.

the room was very good, the service/place also. unfortunately something goes wrong with the venere booking nummber: the employee on the reception couldn't find it (venere didn't forward my booking to the hotel). Nevertheless, I've got the Venere-price and made a good expiriance there! Thxs!

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time from 2 p.m.
Check-out: the rooms must be vacated not later than noon.

Parking is not included. Prices:
From January to April and from October to December parking costs €10,00 per 24 hours.
From May to September parking costs €13,00 per 24 hours.
