I was definetely impressed by the quality of the facilities, from excellent shower system to perfect heating and double-glazing. I would like to see more of the same in quite a few B&B on the other side of the Channel. The hostess definitely goes the extra mile to care about any requirement you might have. As I stayed in winter, it was really enjoyable to find the warm interiors when coming back from the snow and cold outdoor conditions. I can't judge of any air conditioning features since it was between -5°C and 0°C outside. I didn't try the breakfast but by the looks of it the selection is more than average and freshly prepared. I'm not saying it is a romantic old fashioned Schloss, since everything is spot-on modern and practical. Shame it takes about 1/2h to get to Vienna centre in public transports (you wouldn't expect that kind of price in city centre anyway), but it's ten minutes away from Oberlaa Thermes and not much more from the worth experiencing Amalienbad.
