Wir übernachteten während der DTM am Norisring in Nürnberg für 2 Nächte im Nestor Hotel Nürnberg. Das Hotel ist für die zentrale Lage sehr ruhig, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bus- und Tramhaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, private Garage gegen Gebühr verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist kein Schnäppchen aber bei dem was geboten wird absolut seinen Preis wert. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

The hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable, with larger than average rooms. It was probably a little too far away from the centre of the old town to walk, but is on a main road with plenty of transport available.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were traveling with a toddler and called to inform them of this and they already had the cot up and ready when we got there (it may seem small but every other hotel I've been to we had to remind them we needed one once we got there.) The area was great and right in the city. My only somewhat complaints were breakfast was pretty pricy (15 euro each although it was a very good breakfast almost American like) and parking was 8 euro/night. Although again it had it's perks b/c it was a private covered parking with a garage. I just didn't realize we had to pay before we got there. We would definately stay again. A nice room for a great price.

This is a neat little hotel, close to the old city, within walking distance anyway. Had a room with loft, very cute but when you have to get up at night to go to the bathroom a bit tricky to negotiate the stairs to the level below.

This was a pleasant surprise. We were especially lucky to receive a large, quiet room in the back, but even without this we would have appreciated the efficiency of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. In addition, the hotel is a short tram ride to the walled inner city.

Property is about a 10 minute walk to the center and very easy to find. Rooms were very clean and quiet and the hotel staff was very nice and fluent in English. It was also nice to have the parking garage at the hotel at a very reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was very nice and always stocked full, but my only negative comment is that the price seemed a bit high for the average breakfast eater. But there were many very nice coffee shops in the center of town. Overall experience was very good. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

By car
From highway A9, go past Nürnberg and switch to highway A3, direction Würzburg/Frankfurt. Take exit Tennenlohe and proceed in the Nürnberg Zentrum direction, following Erlanger Strasse and then Bucher Strasse. The hotel lies on the right side 150 metres after the ice cream factory Nestlé-Schöller.
By train
From the central railway station, take tram number 9, direction Thon, and get off at Juvenellstrasse.
By airplane
From Nürnberg airport, take the airport shuttle to the central station and continue by tram.
