City Partner Hotel Am Jakobsmarkt - Nuremberg

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Das einzige, was uns nicht so gefallen hat war, dass es Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr gibt. Aber es gibt ja genügend Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Great location in the old town. An easy walk through the shopping area to the Christmas Market in the town centre. Small, clean, quiet rooms.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price. Unfortunately close to the red light district. Therefore very loud in the night from saturday to sunday. you have to close the windows otherwise you hardly sleep. Otherwise very near to all important places in Nürnberg.

We have stayed at the Jakobsmarkt many times for the Christmas Market and find it most convenient and welcoming

Internet failed completely during the stay, otherwise, an acceptable room and nice staff.

Hotel is inside city walls as stated in description but the hotel fails to mention that they are located 1 block away from the redlight district of Nuremberg!!! All we had to do was walk around the corner from the hotel and the "ladies of the evening" were sitting in the windows in full view. It seemed to be a safe area but I wondered how a family with children would feel upon arrival, to find out the very close proximity to the "wall".

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables, et nous avons séjourné dans un autre hôtel de votre chaîne à HEIDELBERG, l'hôtel HOLLAENDER qui nous a aussi beaucoup plu.

Excellent breakfast served in an elegant room. The bedrooms are really ugly, though quite comfortable. Conveniently close to the railway station & the museums.

Room was ready upon arrival (so we were able to check-in early). Excellent breakfast that was well-worth the additional cost (9 Euros each). Location is a short taxi ride from the main train station (about 6 Euros). Close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. There was also an added benefit of a computer with internet available for guests. We would stay here again!

This is a very good hotel. Its in a quiet area of the city, but well placed and close to the historic centre. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is a little tricky to find though. I did have a small problem on check out. I had been quoted €114 for two nights, and the staff were trying to charge €132. Turns out they were trying to add a charge for breakfast - which I had not had. After about 20 minutes this was sorted out, but I nearly missed my train as a result. However, I would say this is not a regular occurence and I will stay at this hotel again next time I am in Nuremberg

A little over-priced to my mind. Hotel was comfortable and close to the centre of town. This made it a difficult hotel to find. The instructions on internet were useless. A city map was the only way to get through the small one-way streest of the Old Town. Otherwise a good hotel

The hotel is easy to reach once you get close (there are signs in the nearby streets), but the street name was not in the city map, so maybe a map on the web site would be a good idea. The hotel is excellent, there is also an internet access in the lobby, very useful when you travel. The location is also good, very close to the big Museum and at walking distance (15 min.) from the city center. There are several restaurants nearby and also private parking at no additional cost. The staff was very helpul. At the check-out we paid the rooms more than what was advertised on our web reservation, but as soon as we complained the staff refunded the difference. I would reccomend this hotel to everybody.
