We had aproblem with an infestation of Ladybirds and other insects in and around the window frames in the room. I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner that was lying in the corridoor and suck them up and then vacuum the carpet to clear up the dead ones that littered the floor. The curtains on one window were also quite heavily stained as if they had become damp at somew time.

Most aspects of the hotel and staff were very good, however it was badly let down by the quality of food in the restaurant and the almost complete lack of service in the restaurant.

The Staff were unfriendly particularly in the restaurant at breakfast. The room had a big whole in the roof! We stayed in the centre of London last year for the same price but 100% better service! We will not be going back to Bosworth Hall - they are wasting a wonderful opportunity because the location and surrounding buildings are stunning.
