exterior The Relais Villa Pomela was once a nobleman’s residence but today it has been carefully converted into an elegant and comfortable hotel with 39 bedrooms and 8 suites. The main objective when changing the building’s use from residence to hotel was to achieve an extremely high level of comfort, service and technology whilst keeping the buildings aesthetics. The building retains almost all of its original architectural features, some of which date back to the XVIII century. The four meeting rooms are all fully equipped with the most up to date facilities to satisfy the requirements of the modern professional. The rooms can accommodate from 10 to 160 people.
The hotel restaurant “Al Cortese” offers refined local and national dishes which are complemented by the expansive wine selection, including the notable “Cortese” from Gavi; this well known white wine is produced from the nearby vines.
The sumptuousness and elegance of the “Salone della Festa” and the more intimate “Sala Raggio” have the ideal ambience for wedding breakfasts, gala evenings and for any important event which calls for a warm and refined atmosphere.
The Relais Villa Pomela is centrally situated for all the major north western Italian cities and with the proximity of the Milan, Genoa and Turin motorways, it becomes easily accessible.
