Majestic Hotel - Nîmes

We had a good stay at the Majestic. It is in a good location to all the sights and old town. The hotel was old but clean. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The room got a bit warm but no way to turn down the heat but was okay we just opened the window.

Ist ti e at majestic. Close to train and price was excellent. To road was covered I littler and I was surprised the hotel staff wouldn't clean the appearance of the outside and entrance. The walls were paper thin so a bit noisy. It was good and convenient for a quick stay. Hard to pick up wifi too

This was a delightful little hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and bright on the second floor with a bathroom en suite. The only drawback was that there was no lift. Having said that the young man who was the receptionist could not have been more helpful he carried the bags upstairs for us. Not a luxury establishment but friendly clean and well situated.

A good big room, big bathroom, very comfortable bed. Central location. Garage. Wifi was only in public area.

Brilliantly located so accessible for railway station yet tucked quietly away. Lovely to breakfast outside.

I was visiting Nîmes and Provence for the first time and wanted a hotel convenient to the train station. Nimes turned out to be a wonderful city and a great place from which to make day trips on the train. For this the hotel was perfect—on a quiet street and only a 5 minute walk from the train station and bus depot. The staff was very friendly and helpful and my room was just great.

We enjoyed staying at the Majestic as the decor gave us a taste of the Provencal lifestyle. The young man on reception spoke excellent English and was most obliging with all our requests. I would happily recommend this hotel to travellers on a budget.

The hotel is VERY VERY nice and pretty. The location is good, in a very quiet zone near the station and the city centre. The staff is very kind.

Yery nice hotel, the room and the common area are tastefully decorated. The room is large enough for three people and quite enough too.only downside is the breakfast in my opinion is little bit.excellent location.

The Majestic ticks all the boxes for a budget priced hotel. The hotel is ideally positioned on a side street, within a few minutes walk of the Airport Shuttle stop, the Railway station, and the centre of the 'old town' sites and shops. The reception staff ( incl. a lovely English girl ) were very pleasant and helpful. The Majestic has the feeling of a grand old house - and was one of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. We would definately stay there again - and request Room 14 again - has its own small balcony with table and chairs. We stayed for 3 nights, and would have loved to have stayed longer!!

I needed a hotel on my route to Dordogne which was the goal of my trip. I must say this was a very good solution as to price and quality. Besides, it is really close to all what is to see in Nimes.

We were in a room of 4.The room was spacious clean and quiet.The staff was very efficient and helpful.Very good location.I fairly would recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a family room for four people (2 adults, 2 kids). it was perfect for an overnight or a two night stay. great location and very helpful staff. the garage was fine, what more do you need but a locked door? room was very clean, it is two star so not all the amenities of a four star but for price versus location versus quality this is very good value. make sure you take advantage of the "nimes jeudis" with lots of free animations on the big square about 100 metres from the hotel - the kids loved it..

Nice,helpful and kind employees, quiet. it is rare yo have that quietness for 2 star hotels. But the shower is not very good. You can't hung the shower-head. We had a nice 3 bed-room with terrasse. clean.

A very comfortable stay.Very friendly with nothing too much trouble.Only a few minutes walk from railway and bus station.Again only minutes walk from amenities.Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.I would stay again and would recommend The Majestic Hotel to others who want a clean basic hotel as a base.
