prenotate la piccola suite, camera nr9...molto romantico, fantastica la colazione nel piccolo giardino provenzale, comodissimo il parcheggio...a nizza non se ne trova mai uno libero...qui almeno alla sera quando si torna a solo due minuti di macchina dal centro non c'e' da pensare ad altro che a godersi la pace di questo posticino e il rumorec dei gabbiani

We stayed 2 nights in May 2009. The main problem we had was that the room was really small! Bathroom was tiny and made "inside" the room probably due to fact that hotel is in old villa. However, some rooms are bigger so you might get lucky. Maybe this explains why people have very different opinions about this hote. The hotel location seems good in the map but in reality it is uphill with respect to port and it is not that easy to reach interesting place. Price was OK, but now I would definitely spend some extra 5-10 Eur per night for a better place.
