The staff at the Hotel were great. They were helpful with arrival/departure details and were extremely friendly. Also, there was free internet and free Wifi, a breakfast room, and an elevator, which were all nice amenities. The room was surprisingly nice... we didn't expect too much for the price, but the room was just renovated. The bathroom was very clean, too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.

Centrally situated hotel with cosy, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast menu and international guests of all ages. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We could not tell from the photographs or description that the bathroom was located inside the master suite; it was a bit inconvenient for the guest who slept on the pullout bed to have to come into the bedroom to use the bathroom. I suggest making that clearer on the website.

Im not a picky person when it comes to hotels, but this was one horrible hotelroom we stayed in. I was really unhappy with this hotel. The photos posted on vener.com do not correspond with the room we got in any way. I was very angry when I saw what kind of a room I got. We got a very dirty room that was horrible in every sense. There were pubic hair on the mattress and the carpet looked nasty with stains. The bathroom was just horrible too. The shower curtain had so many molds on the bottom of it that taking a shower was unpleasant experience for us. The first day we arrived the bathtub floaded and it was nasty. I liked the photos that were posted on vener.com, but I had no idea that we would be cheated like this. The price we payed was too much for a room like that. The only thing thats excellent about this hotel is the location because were were only 5 minutes of walk from the beach and just across the Place Massena square. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
