Awful hotel, but great loaction close to the Station and tram stop. The room were not clean at all and a there were a lot of noise from the street and rooms next door. We travelled for 14 days and this was our worst hotel during the whole trip. This can't be a 2-star hotel?? This hotel has to be fully renovated. But Nice is a very expensive city so I think you have to pay more to get a better hotel.

Hotel has only central placement and well-screen tv. Nothing else. If you have another chance, prefer one. I have stayed 3 nights within the same bed sheets.

air conditioning broke down 3 days before we left. Had to mention to them 3 times when on the last time they said, "we know and the maintenance people are aware" unfortunately nothing was done about it and we had to sleep the last 3 nights in an "oven". sadly no concession offered either. Oh, and no car parking facility.

This hotel was TERRIBLE. Filthy, very noisy, dirty towels, dirty bathrooms, very dirty hallways, bad surroundings. We were so unhappy with the hotel we checked out after the first night and opted to stay at a hotel which cost 3 times as much just so we could sleep without worrying about getting robbed or bitten by bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not a 2 star, it is a 1 star at best. We were so repulsed that we didn't even sleep on the bed, we slept on semi-clean towels. The hotel is a disaster.

Staff at reception desk did not speak English at all, and when we gave them the e-mail we had printed with our reservation, he had never seen anything like that before. They also insisted that we pay for all 7 nights on arrival, not on departure, as the e-mail stated.

better cleaning of the rooms; defected sanatary devices in bathroom (showerhead broken), space in batheroom, small elevator, too less tv programmes, breakfast was very small for standart breakfast (price!!!), no internet connect, to less power supply sockets in the room (for mobile, hair drier, notebook,...)
