At exit 10 E-W, take the ramp right for the Interstate 495/Lie West/Long Island Expy toward Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan. Take the ramp for 35 St. toward 34 St./Downtown. Keep straight onto Queens Midtown Tunnel Exit/Tunnel Exit St. Turn right onto E 34th St. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Keep straight onto Park Ave South. Turn right onto E 21st St. Road name changes to W 21st Street. Turn right onto 6th Avenue and then right again onto W 22nd Street. Continue to number 300 where The GEM Hotel Chelsea is located.
From LaGuardia International Airport: bear left onto La Guardia Rd. Take the ramp right for Grand Central Pkwy West towards Triboro Br.
