Location unbeatable. And subway at the near corner. Excellent value for money if location is important. I got a double room even though I booked a single, which is a rare, very welcome thing in hotels. Only warning: do NOT make use of the concierge!!!! Very bad service, very nasty attitude, and only willing to assist about services that they get a commission for. I used the Intercontinental Hotel's concierge across the street, who gave me superb service and treatment all the time. The public areas are very big, busy and noisy, because it's such a big hotel and tons of people are checking in and out all the time, and they play very loud music. But that didn't bother me at all. Very highly organized and responsible about keeping my luggage after check-out, and parcels that arrived in my name before my arrival.

It felt like living in a shoebox, the room is too small for a human being and the beds are too short except for a hobbit. Everything has about the size of a hobbit house. It is ridiculous to call it a room. The elevators give you a spooky feeling - no buttons...and long waiting times. No lobby so far as constructions are going on, the entrance looks and feels like a warehouse! Far too many people in too little space - horrible!!

Room was renovated but not cleaned after work...every where rests of painting ... The roof of the shower was all ready wett, they vergot to putt an evacuation for the air... All services cost even those who are free... Free phone numbers 1.25 Dollar... 800 numbers 1 Dollar... That hotel had to close during renovation ... Poor service... But Money, money... No elevators free....15 minutes waiting to join my room...
