Our hotel stay was outstanding, I'v already recommended the Milburn Hotel to others who've asked about it. The location was perfect for our stay in the city. I know New York well and the Milburn offered everything we wanted for our visit. The interaction with the staff was just what I want from a Hotel; that is they were there when needed and very pleasant when asked for information. The breakfast is great.

I had never such a disrespectful experience as during my visit with the staff at the hotel. The service downfall went so far that they send us with 5 bags on the street to call a cab not even trying to offer hotel services (that existed). Ignorant and arrogant that describes the staff, the infrastructure was ok.

The attitude of some of the staff members was teribble. They probably think the hotel could have been an excelent working place, if not for all these irritating guests ... So many examples, but not enough space to describe it all.

A good hotel near Broadway and not far away from Central Park. The hotel is also nearby many shops and a quite big grocery store, Fairway.
