We loved the location of The New York Palace Hotel. Our room overlooked Rock Center's skating rink, Christmas tree along with St. Patrick's Cathedral. So close to Times Square and the Theater District. Stay in a room in The Towers, even if it is a splurge for you. Your room is so comfortable, spacious and even the bathroom is pretty: the bathtub/shower combo is full-size. The only reason to leave the hotel is to discover the many pleasures of the city. The main negative is The Tower Club lounge: is difficult to find a place to sit during weekend breakfast. Management could handle crowds differently - a suggestion: utilize a host/hostess at main door to ensure every seat in club is utilized during breakfast. Also, have a coat/hat rack or two handy so guests don't use empty chairs to lay winter wear/garb on. Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel!

We selected the Towers at the New York Palace for an important anniversary. While it was somewhat expensive, everything weas excellent, and the included extras, such as full breakfast buffet, lunch, evening canapes and desserts and free beverages, and a free shuttle to theatres added to the value. We were delighted with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Just loved this hotel. Great location and rooms were large! We received an upgrade due to being in our honeymoon! The Internet was a little dodge in the evenings however the hotel gave us a credit for our usage. Would recommend to anyone excellent place

wonderful stay. lovely hotel. great location. recommend it to all. In the tower, with updated rooms and baths, this hotel is a 4 1/2 to 5 star.
