How to reach Empire Hotel

By car
From JFK International Airport:
Follow signs for I-678 North (Van Wyck Expressway). Take I-678 North then bear left when road splits and follow signs for the Grand Central Parkway West/LaGuardia Airport/Triboro Bridge. Take the GCP westbound for approximately 1 mile/1.6 km and bear to the right for the Long Island Expressway (I-495) westbound exit ramp. Continue on the Long Island Expressway westbound to the Queens Midtown Tunnel and follow the Uptown signs when you are exiting the tunnel. Take 37th Street across town (westbound) until you reach 8th Avenue. Make a right onto 8th Avenue. Continue up 8th Avenue until you reach Columbus Circle, then bear right around the circle to reach Broadway Ave. on the opposite side. Continue north up Broadway Ave. and then make a left on 63rd Street. The Empire Hotel will be on the left hand side, between Broadway and Columbus Avenue.
