Broadway @ Times Square Hotel - Manhattan, New York

It was just by chance I came across this hotel as I was searching for a something in Times Square on the internet.Breakfast included also grabbed my attention.As I continued reading & checking around for hotels.I noticed that when it came to pricing Broadway@timesquare was really still the best. So I decided to go for it.It was a weekend away with my sister who has never stayed in Manhatten or ever toured New York.I have been twice but never stayed in a hotel being cental to everything.You want to go to this Hotel!It is close to everything!You will not go wrong with this Location!Breakfast included!! You have everything from toast to Bagel,yogurt,cereals,sausage,boiled egg,poached egg,Fruits, Teas,Coffee,deserts,waffles,orange juice,what more do you want? You eat in the morning-you shop all day,then You for supper.Service was Amazing! Thank You to Prikal which is the first one I saw when we arrived at Reception. With her Bloodshot red eyes working the Night Shift She had the Biggest Smile Welcomed Us at 4am in the morning. Our rooms were not ready at that time but we knew that we had just arrived by bus.We had Breakfast when the place opened.Then came Ivonne the day shift She knew we were there from early morning -Check in is at 3pm. The minute a room came available she gave us our key. She'd always call out "Garry!"The Man who served the customers with such Respect. The Staff are Fabulous which made our stay at this Hotel an Awesome One.The rooms are Clean. The bed is comfortable,the Location You can't get better,the price is Great,you have food,and coffee 24hours it's quiet,It's Paradise.I love New York and I love this Hotel.I do not need to look else where for a hotel when this one Meets all the needs for anyone who is looking for Great Price-a Clean Place,Great Location,& Awesome Staff! My wife and I stayed 7 days in this hotel and found it is very well located, right in the center of events in Times Square. The proximity of the subway station just 1 block away is fabulous and provides many opportunities to travel, either from the subway station on 42nd Avenue (Times Square) or from the 49th Street. The included breakfast is pretty good, there are fruits (orange and banana) and cereal for those who keep diet regime in addition to eggs and meats (including sandwich bread and rolls) for the rest. Coffee and orange juice complete the offer which saves at least 15 dollars per person in the street. One drawback is the size of the area of food that supports only 5 tables and creates congestion when down to breakfast around 9 am, at which time seems to go most of the guests. Some choose to eat in the lobby because there are no tables to do so. The bathroom is very clean and toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner are good quality. Air conditioning is a window and a little annoyed at the noise and the position is that faces the bed. There is only one ice machine is in the basement, this could be improved but there is no space on floors to place an ice machine as the hotel is rather small in terms of space is concerned. The price of the hotel with reference to what you get is not bad all, we must take into account that only goes to sleep on and in New York all the hotels are very expensive. A hotel with these facilities is accomplished in Miami for under $ 100 night. Despite these small points I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again in your next trip. I recommend it to any other traveler.

For New York and the location merely 2 mins walk from Times Square I doubt this hotel can be beaten for providing basic accommodation. Breakfast was very adequate and staff friendly and happy to be of service.

Great location, surprisingly quiet for that. Price is good, given the location. Hotel looks nicer than on the pictures. Breakfast was okay (American version of a continental breakfast). I would stay there again.

The room was fine and spacious. Some staff very friendly and helpful, others less. The noise from the street was quite a lot. Not clear if it''s a very safe hotel, people not clearly checked to be staying in the hotel when they came in, at least did not see this. The staff wasn't so friendly and helpfull, and that for such a price! Prices are high anyway in NY as well. Phone in the room was not working well, though said to be free calls inside the US. Breakfast was ok. It's next to Time Square which is very busy but next to the shppoing streets as well which is a bit less busy. Very near the metro and busses which is handy. Mostly families staying here.

Congratulations to everyone at the Times Square Comfort Inn - competent and kind staff saw to our every need - their sensitivity goes beyond the call of duty. Will definitely go back! There is a good Cuban Restaurant and bar - very good beer on tap- next door. Live music on some nights. Monika Schweizer- Canada

It's the perfect place to visit new york. it's just half minute from times square. The breakfast it's the same every day but it's correct. If I return to New York I'll return to this hotel.

Di tutti gli hotels provati a New York devo dire che questo ha una marcia in più. Le stanze, come la maggior parte degli alloggi di questa città, non sono molto spaziose, ma la pulizia è impeccabile e i servizi non mancano di certo, e poi, soggiornare a due passi da Times Square e approfittare dell'ottima colazione (free) a base di donuts e bagels di ogni tipo, fa di questo albergo un ottimo alloggio per qualsiasi tipo di soggiorno nella grande mela!

We did not find the staff particularly welcoming on the whole, except for one female on duty. The chambermaid did manage a smile for us! The guy in charge of the "breakfast room" over the weekend, was unhelpful, unfriendly and made you feel guilty when you helped yourself to the buffet items. Although this hotel is in an excellent position, and offers value for money (by NYC standards, that is) the reception area is need of a complete refurbishment with more seating, and the breakfast room is totally inadequate.
