The hotel is under major renovation affecting public areas, elevators, service etc. It may at some point turn out to be a decent hotel. In the room there only were a bed and a chair, no desk, no closet, nowhere to put your clothes.

First time here, and first time in New York. This hotel is well-situated if you want to go to Broadway shows and be in Midtown and Uptown. However, our room was on the ground floor and with a disco situated in the front of the hotel and piped music in the hotel anyway, it was very noisy. We didnt ask for another room because we had been given a big room, and we didnt want to change that... maybe we should have. We had bad jetlag coming on a 23hr flight from Australia, and then not getting much sleep at the hotel, we didnt have the energy to go to any Broadway shows which we did the following week when we were staying at a quieter hotel in Tribeca and caught the subway uptown.

The decor is modern and of warm natural colors, featuring double beds fitted with Belgian linens. Room amenities include individually controlled air conditioning, electronic locks, cable TV with pay-per-view movies, wireless and high-speed Internet connection, and alarm clock.These New York hotel rooms are very clean and well-maintained, and the bedlinen and towels are changed daily.
Up to two children under 12 years ol stay free of chargewhen using existing bedding. The maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is one.
