They didn't make up the room at all. there was a puddle of water on bathroom floor they did not respond to service request for. Staff is friendly but inept.

We have many un pleasant problems during our stay (one week): the first day nothing to eat at breakfast, we must wait for 10 to 15 minutes !!! Three evenings, when we arrived in the room atn9 or 10 pm: there is only one bath towels ( we are 3 persons) and there is no shower gel ( only a soap)!! An evening, it rains and also in the room !!! we must change of room at 11 pm !! and the 2 last nights it was cold ( 16°C in the room) At last, just looking now for the invoice, we are surprised to note the invoicing of different consommations in mini-bar : pop corn, kit-kat, tobleron, pretzels, milano cookies, sickers, voss ws an voss wl (what is it ?!!) to the amount of 46,28$ !!! we never consume these products !! Incredible !!

Very, very loud! Even the new windows are bad isolated. Then there were construction works one floor below, but nobody cared to talk to us. The reception staff was young and not really interested (or demanded too much?), but got a little more engaged after we complained and arranged a discount for us after all. There was no management seen at all, even after complaining. But there were nice restaurants arround that helped to survive.

I was very pleasantly pleased with my stay at the Bentley. The staff was wonderful, the room was immaculate, the public areas and restaurant were terrific. The buffet breakfast was great and the location made getting to toher parts of NYC and airports easy.

A little slow on cleaning the room (not until 4:30pm), but very good price for quality and location in NYC!!

We (2 adults, 1 baby) had some very nice days in the Hotel. Our room was nice and clean. Great view from the 20th floor. Baby-Crip was available and late check-out was possible. Central Park and other things were in walking distance. Good price for NYC.
