Hotel Raunak Plaza - New Delhi

The room wasn't clean and quite dusty. The restaurant was very dirty, they gave us dirty dishes...so we didn't eat anything. At the reception they "forced" us to have a meeting with the boss, who tried to convince us to buy tours at his travel agency treating us rudely. The hotel is situated in front of a kind of waste dump and the smell was terrible. After 3 weeks in India we can definitely say that it was the worst hotel we have been in.

We had two rooms. 1) They were both very dirty. 2) It's the first time in my life we had to make the bed clothes of the two rooms change immediatly because they were too dirty and had strange (!!!) spots ! 3) My friends cannot use their towels because they were too dirty. 4) We cannot have breakfast because, when we asked it, cups they brought us were no washed since the Independance !!! And it was the same for the breakfast room. So we have booked this hotel for two other nights and were obliged to cancel immediatly. The worst hotel we have never see.

Nobody picked me up at the airport though Mr Pushpa Bhamu had confirmed the transfer from New Dehli airport to the hotel. I had to take a taxi to get to the hotel at 1am. When I got to the hotel, my room had been sold and so the people of Raunak Plaza took me to the hotel Raunak International which is not the same category of hotel.However, I had to pay the same price at the end. The room in Raunak International was dirty and the sheets had not be changed. On the next morning, I moved to Rauna Plaza but I had to insist to be taken there. Again, the sheets were dirty and I had to request to change them. The restaurant was very dirty and I was really afraid of eating. When my driver came to the hotel to pick me up at 10 am, they lied, telling him that I was not at the hotel because they wanted to sell me their own services. This hotel was really an awful experience and I cannot understand that it is in your list. The worst was to be left in the middle of the night at the airport without any assistance, what they exonerated themseves by diferent lies.
