Solicite factura del alojamiento y senegaron a darmela, incluso dedian que se podia pagar con visa y no me acetparon el pago. Empleados muy desagradables y descorteses, les puede adjuntar el papel de la reserva donde se indica que hañbia efectuado el pago, lo cual fue el único justificante del mismo

I was booked at hotel Metro City, but was given a room at hotel Royal Holidays which I only found out when the pick up driver brought me there. It would have been nice if I had been informed before.The shower top was completely blocked, so I had to use the provided bucket. The staff was friendly and cooperative; taxi service organized by them worked perfectly.

Our booking was for a DELUX SUITE for which we have been charged but there were no Delux Suite in the Metro Hotel.
