I stayed allone in a doule bedroom,therefor the space was enough. For two persons it would be too small. Outside the hotel is very dusty in the street because of al the buildings/new hotels that's in construction,also a lot of noise. General experience is okay, if you don't think in a european way. But the price is too high for what you get.

On the website it boasts free airport pick up/drop off, as we were only staying one night in delhi we requested the pick up which went fine but when we asked for the drop off for the following morning were told we would have to pay for it. I pointed out what was advertised and they said it was wrong and it wasn't their responsability They were adamant about this and I said that then we eould pay and complain latter. After about 2 hours we got a call to the room telling us they would provide the service free of charge. Apart from this it was one of the best rooms we had in India. Would stay there again.

It was said that the hotel gives complementary shuttle service from airport & railway station but they charge you for that. the car service offered by them is not professional.

Stayed for 3 nights late Dec. The place was hard to find, they were suppose to pick me up at the airport for a free transfer but didn't! I eventually called them from the airport and they told me the car had broken down so I jumped into a taxi which they refunded the fare. The taxi driver had to call them for directions as its hard to find, it is actually situated in a side street not much bigger than an alley way. There is also construction work directly opposite the accommodation so it was rather noisy and dusty during the day. As for the room, it was basic and clean but no natural light as the window was covered by the aircon unit etc... The shower takes 20-30mins for the hot water to heat up and the tank is small so doesn’t last that long. The complimentary breakfast, the hotel is basic... glad it was free as I wouldn't have paid for it. Get them to serve it on your floor communal table rather than the basement dining area as it’s smelly and depressing. I was very dissappointed that the so called taxi I asked them to book or me. It was double the price and turned out to be a mate of theirs with a car rather than a proper metered taxi. After that experience, i called and booked my own taxi. Top tip: get a local mobile sim card and book your own transport, agree price before confirming bookings. Also be aware that the entire local area is road blocked after 10.30pmn each night as part of a security precaution, as a result, you have to walk to the hotel by foot from the main road as traffic is barred from that time. They also go to bed by midnight so if you get there late, you have to rattle the gates to get on as they don’t give you a key. On the plus side, they were friendly and generally helpful. The local metro station is a 10 min walk so that’s handy.

Breakfast was very basic but tasty. We informed the hotel staff that we'd have our breakfast at 7 am; but, when we went down at 7, we found everyone was sleeping in the lounge. We had to wake them up and eventually the breakfast was served at 8 am.

May attention!! They tried to sell us a taxi and others things, they spent OUR time in delhi the first day, and they take us in a place in delhi for book a taxi. The second reservation we had, we cancelled!!

We booked this hotel via Venere, after we had found that all the places that we had previously stayed at in Delhi were fully booked and we are delighted that we did. We were treated with nothing but courtesy by all the staff who went out of their way to give us professional personalised service. The hotel is clean and and comfortable with hot water and A/C and satellite TV in the bedroom. Meals can be served either in a downstairs dining room or in the room. We arranged to be picked up at the airport on a number of occasions as we were using Delhi as a base to visit other regions and each time the car was waiting to meet us. When we first arrived in Delhi at 6.15 we were tired and jet lagged and not thinking straight. We were met by the car and and additional person who identified himself as a travel agent. Thinking he was part of the hotel (which it transpired he wasn't) we agreed that he could help us find a booking to Dehra Dun on the train. To cut a long story short he ripped us off by charging us 12500 for a 4500 car journey. When we came back to Delhi, we told the hotel owners, what had happened. They were pleased that we had told them and immediately said it would be dealt with, which it was. As a result we got our money back. Amazing service! We also, through their own travel agent arranged an individual tour in Kerala which was excellent, ran like clockwork and was exactly as we had been told. Thanks to all at Incredible Home Stay for looking after us so well. We will be back.

Taxi services are too expensive from hotel. Ask before using taxi prices.

Initial thoughts were poor, in the middle of a building site literally! unwelcoming staff, with little positiveness, however when the main day staff arrived they were very helpful, friendly and enthusiatic. Despite poor first impressions this hotel grew on us. for cheap and cheerful its a very good bet but don't expect 5*
