My stay is Horrible stay in these hotel, I just stay only 1 night insted of my booking 8 nights . No manners in staff especially manager & front desk. They tried to make money from tourist by promising fake tours with worst hotel.

Everything turned out well after the first horrible night: Don't take a room in the ground floor: The hotel is also a money exchance place ad in the lobby is business all night. The backroad is loud, and rigtht next to a minimal window is the ventilator of the chicken. But my reclamation was succeseful, I've got a new room within then minutes. Breakfast: The buffet is very expensive, but if you ask for the menue, you get a very nice breackfast and also good cofe for much less money.

I stayed there 10 nights. Not because I wanted, but because everything else was full and was near the places I needed to go and didn't have the time to look for something else. There are just much better options for less money though, less noise and less intrusive staff (they are too curious about your itinerary and even more if you are a woman). I was generous at the beginning with the tips. They didn't clean my room everyday. It really depend in what mood they were and how much tip you potentially could give. No wonder why some first arriving tourists are pleased with it. Some staff treated quite bad their next down the role workers while the same were giving exaggerated servant smiles to me. Taxi drivers, internet staff and resto cleaning staff however earn so little by the way, they deserve the tips much more than the front staff! Finally at venere website I booked a Superior Room, with airport shuttle, suddenly everything was subject to availability: the room space, the balcony and the shuttle. I ended up in a smaller room, no balcony and paid my pick up taxi and that arriving at 2:00 in the morning, first time in India. I thought those are Delhi/India Standards but don't let you shock for what you see near the hotel to be less exigent: cleanliness and less tip oriented staff you can find as well in the new lonely planet's other options. Maybe that's why they don't include them in the last year edition. Good things must be said though: travel agency for buying your India inland flights is practical. Restaurant was very good and internet personnel efficient. If you are for more than 2 days, look carefully what they bill.

Travelling through India can be a taxing expereince. Having a nice, clean hotel to get away from it all it very impotrtnat. This hotel welcomed us, and took care of us above and beyond, it was a really nice change. I would recomend this hotel to anyone.
