Overpriced small room with pleasant balcony overlooking the lake some distance away. Furnishings were cheap and minimal with a very small double bed with thin mattress so neither of us had a good nights sleep. Happy to pay a lot for dinner if it is worth it but this was just average and not worth the large bill at the end. Not recommended as good value.

Very nice and quiet place to stay, pleasant and professional staff original concept excellent natural food Nice view on Neuchatel lake from the rooms, dining room and spa area

Std room very poor bed not big enough for two people.Had to have upgrade.Reception in hotel shop and had to wait for people being served before we could get attention.Beds rock hard and very very thin pillows. Not tea making facilities in room. Very pricy to eat and drink.Not hot food at breakfast.Need a car as miles away from anywhere.Cost £50 in taxi to get to Neuchatel. Thought it was way overpriced and would not return to this hotel.
