as we arrived at 23.00 ( we called to let them know we would arrive late ) we learned that we where overbooked !!! we where send to another Hotel but upon arrival they tolded us that they also had no rooms !! and they booked us somewhere elso ( again !) we got a room without facilities, bathroom on the groundfloor and toilet on the same floor. This is not what I have booked and I don't think we should be charged for the same price as we didn't receive the facilities we had booked for. Hope to hear from you asap. It's not only a hotel, it's more. Discovered thinks I couldn't imagine about beer and its byproducts, old post services and typical food. I've already recommended the place to my brother who was delighted. Looking forward to stay again.
