Lovely hotel - great value for money. The rooms are simple but clean, the breakfast is excellent and the staff efficient and helpful when needed, if not overly friendly. Most of the guests were mature couples, which meant that the hotel itself was quiet, but there were plenty of cafe, bars and restaurants within the area, the coast is a 100 metres away, and the older part of town five minutes walk. Be careful when trying to find the hotel, as it is on a one way street. Go down to the seafront and drive up the road! Also the roof top terrace is a great sun trap although the pool is very small. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend especially at that price.

A second visit to this hotel, only critisism is there is no hotel parking and on street is difficult in season, otherwise very happy and will use this hotel again as it is very central to all the aminities of Nerja.

How to reach Jimesol Hotel
By carTake 'Avenida del Comandante García Morato' road. Turn right in 'Camino de la Loma de San Julián' and turn right again. Then after 300 meters, proceed on 'Avenida De Velázquez/N-340' towards 'Málaga Centro'. Proceed on the N-340 until the A7/E15 and take the exit number 292. Once in Nerja, take the second roundabout exit 'Calle San Miguel' and turn right into 'Calle del Chaparril'.
By public transportation
Take a bus until Málaga. Then, in Muelle de Heredia, take another bus until Nerja.
