The Naxos Beach1 hotel is situated in Agios Georgios, a lovely sea resort on the island of Naxos. Located only a few metres from the beach and from the crystal clear Aegean sea, the property is a 10-minute walk from Naxos town, with its nice cafès, typical tavernas and lively nightlife.
The structure, set within beautiful garden grounds and built with respect to the traditional Cycladic style, offers a warm hospitality and features many amenities. It is the ideal accommodation for a pleasant stay and the perfect choice for memorable and truly relaxing vacations.

Peut être que la période correspondant aux vacances de la Toussaint nous aété favorable, mais cet hôtel était un petit coin où il faisait bon résider.Calme , à 15 mn de marche environ du port par le bord de mer , chambre sympa , accueil trés agréable et coopératif ( si besoin ), agrémenté d'un petit déjeuner varié et on ne peut plus copieux , nous y séjournerions volontiers à nouveau.

Rooms in photos appear to be larger than they actually are. TV and refrigerator did not work. We notified the maid who told us she would contact the maintenance man. Nothing further occurred. Breakfast was excellent. The non-Greek staff was not as warm as expected. Greek staff was friendly. Without any prior stays in similar Naxos hotels I was not able to say how this price/quality compares with others on the island, but I felt accommodations could have been a bit less spartan. Our stay was for 3 nights.

Although the location of the property was good - close to the beach as indicated, the room was not so good, especially the bathroom, where the shower had no doors or tub to prevent the water from splashing and pooling onto the floor of the bathroom. On our last night, we discovered an army of ants crawling on one of the beds. The staff was apologetic and sprayed the room and gave us a small discount. Before making a reservation at this property, I would advise contacting them specifically regarding the bathroom configuration. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and included in the rate.
How to reach Hotel Naxos Beach1
By airplane
The Naxos domestic airport is located 1 km outside the capital of the island and 2 km from Agios Georgios. Daily flights from Athens connect Naxos island to the mainland. The flying time from Athens to Naxos is approximately 35 minutes.
Public buses run frequently from and to the airport and taxis always wait outside the gateway.
From the airport follow the indications to Agios Georgios, where the hotel is located.
By boat
There are several boat services connecting Naxos to the port of Piraeus in Athens. The journey takes 7 hours by ferry and 3 hours by high-speed ferry.
In the summertime there is also a daily high-speed boat service from the port of Rafina, the nearest harbour to Athens' international airport, that takes 3 hours to reach the island.
Agios Georgios is only 2 km away from the port of Naxos and there is a frequent and inexpensive bus service that stops right next to the hotel.
