Hotel is ideally situated between SNCF station and town centre with easy walk to both. It is beautifully restored and decorated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, public areas likewise. There is a good library with local information. Staff recommendations of restaurants were spot on. A really lovely hotel, we recommend it.

The hotel was in a nice area near shops, restaurants and grocery. They served a continental breakfast that was a bit lacking. The lady at checkin reception was not friendly but was efficient. We probably would not stay again due to her attitude.

A great place for a stopever for one night in Narbonne. Perfect location, wihtin walking distance from the train station and to all the major sights. Room was simple, well-decorated and plenty of room. Mini-fridge included, a nice surprise. Breakfast was served at our convenience by scheduling the time beforehand the previous evening. The staff are welcoming and friendly. It was a great location and hotel facility for the price.

The location is excellent - right where a visitor wants to be. The lounge has a nice selection of reasonably priced wines, a pleasant place to prepare for dinner. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel itself was lovely and the staff helpful. The location was great. Based on the photos of the hotel, I was excitied about staying there. However, the incessant LOUD, echoing noises coming from the nearby lobby and kitchen, which went on all night long, prevented getting any sleep.

How to reach La Residence

By car
From the highway take the Narbonne-Sud exit and continue straight to the Centre-ville city center. Cross the Canal du Midi canal on the Pont Voltaire bridge. Turn right and take the second street on the left (do not mind the oneway sign at the entrance of the street, since it applies only 200 meters ahead).
