Hotel Le Mas Pierrot - Vinassan, Narbonne

Our one-night stay wasn't enough so we will definitely return in the future! Private patio was very nice! Overall a very excellent place to stay & appears VERY popular with locals so book ahead! Beautifully maintained place & beautiful setting - very welcoming helpful staff! Will definitely return. Petit dejeuner was VERY good & restaurant, Chez Pierrot, walking distance (next door) was also very good!

Hemos estado en este precioso hotel 4 noches. Lo mejor el personal de recepción, encantador y dispuesto a ayudarte en tus vacaciones. La decoración de las habitaciones es muy original (las paredes pintadas como en estuco) y nosotros estuvimos en una habitación triple en la planta baja con una terracita muy agradable. En el entorno del hotel hay un restaurante del mismo dueño en unos pinares, que es impresionante, por su tamaño, la cocina está bien a un precio asequible. El hotel se encuentra en Vinassan una pequeña localidad a unos 8 km de Narbonne. Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito.

Apart from the beds being too hard for me (lower back problems) I could not fault this place. The air conditioning was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and great value for money, friendly proprietors, good price for room and breakfast, would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Rooms could be bigger. With 2 pieces of luggage the room was cramped. The blue coating of walls and doors makes the room look even smaller, mouldy, damp, cold, unwelcoming. Unpleasant feeling. Plain white walls would make a great difference for the better. The small terrace was an asset, although it lacked flowers and/or greenery. It was a narrow concrete surface in a village in the middle of the countryside. The only restaurant in the village belongs to the hotel owner. It is very large, very crowded, very loud with children playground incorporated, plastic tables without table-cloths and plastic chairs. Very unwelcoming. Food may be good (hence so many locals) but the environment is so very unwelcoming. There is no other catering possibility in the village.

On est restés ici 2 jours. Endroit idéal pour visiter Sigean, réserve Africaine; Abbaye de Fontfroide, ensuit continuer en Espagne. On peut faire un petit saut a Carcassonne. En peu cachée, mais très tranquille. Prix correct.

We only stayed for 1 night so not really able to comment, everything seemed as it should be. We would go back and stay for longer next tine.

A beautiful little property - worth the stay.

Lovely place and excellent price, however I recommend a curtain of some sort for the bath tub area
