There is nothing wrong with the hotel apart its terrible location: Tiberio Palace Hotel is a good, modern 4-star-hotel. Unfortunately it is located in an horrible, unsafe, dilapidated neighborhood. On the map the hotel doesn't look too far from the city centre but , as the staff themselves recommend that you do not walk alone on the street, and as the hotel does not provide the free shuttle service to the Centre which is advertised on their web site,it means you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. Unless you like slums, don't stay in this hotel.

How to reach Tiberio Palace Hotel

By car
From the motorway, exit toward the railway station (Stazione ferroviaria) onto Via Galileo Ferraris, then go left. After approximately 500 metres, the hotel is located on the left just after a set of traffic lights.

By airplane
From Napoli Capodichino airport, take the ALIBUS shuttle bus or bus line S3 and get off at the Stazione Centrale stop. The hotel is located around 800 metres away.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 12.30 p.m.

Parking is not included in the price and costs from €5,00 to €30,00 per night, depending on the car size.
Breakfast is included in the price. Room service incurs an additional charge of €4,00 per person a day.

In case of cancellation within 72 hours befor the arrival reimbursement will be effected equal to the 50% of total amount. For cancellations over such term the total versed will be held back.
