They should mentione the name of the nearest metro station. Not easy to find the hotel from the map, but actually it was not so hard from central Napoli arer to get to the hotel by metro, they just need to explain in detail. When I stayed there, there was only one English speaking staff, and when she's off duty, so hard to communicate with the owner, and other staff. They should place Engligh speaking staff all time. But overall, I really loved the hotel, and the service was good, I would love to stay there again.

Hotel, splendido, con tanto di schermo al plasma con D+ e satellite in camera, l'unica nota negativa riguarda il posto, difficilmente raggiungibile senza macchina e la colazione al mattino davvero un pò troppo scarsa rispetto al resto dell'hotel

This was a very comfortable and pleasant hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great to get a good nights sleep as it was so quiet. We used various methods of transport to the main shopping areas including the hotels service of transfer to the nearest metro. We would definately return to this hotel again.

Vengo Spesso a Napoli sia per lavoro che per piacere visto che le mie origini sono napoletane, questa volta ho deciso di scegliere un hotel fuori dal caos cittadino, e mi sono decisa di soggiornare in questo nuovo hotel . Credo che per le prossime volte che ritornero' a Napoli il Ranch Palace e' diventato sicuramente il mio hotel preferito e lo consiglio veramente a tutti. Gli Addetti sono stati cortesi e professionali,C'e' un quiete d'altri tempi in questa zona che si chiama Camaldoli e che io nemmeno sapevo che esistesse, e quindi si dorme beatamente,ed ancora si respira aria buona,e poi L hotel e' veramente arredato e pensato con gusto.Ho anche cenato al ristorante dell' Hotel e ho mangiato veramente bene.
