Accueil très compétent et chaleureux. Beaucoup d'informations données, personnel disponible et souriant. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse, dommage que nous ayons trouvé un mégot de cigarette avec des cendres au niveau de la fenêtre. Le chauffage central est impossible à utiliser directement par les clients, donc nous avons eu un peu froid en journée. Petit déjeuner bon sans plus. Le parking gratuit est en fait à partager avec l'hôtel 4 étoiles d'en face (c'est le sien). La zone est assez horrible, le chemin pour rejoindre la station de train est assez effrayant et la gare en elle-même est sale, déserte, aucune info, difficile d'acheter des billets, bref, Nâples dans sa splendeur...

clean and spacious rooms. gentle and helpful receptionists. it is located in industrial area , surroundings are not very attracting, especially in the evening if u are a backpacker, but it would be a perfect place for travelers with car. just 10 mins to the center by it.

Internet for the moment is available from the lobby, good breakfast, very nice rooms, very kind staff. The location is not the best but from the subway exit turn left, then right and right again and in 5-7 minutes you'll reach the hotel or you could catch the but 116 from the central station. Don't forget that it is just opened!
