The Hotel Serius is located in the center of Viale Augusto. It is a five-minute walk from Campi Flegrei station and the Mostra d’Oltremare in Naples (Fuorigrotta).
It is also a short distance from Villa Comunale, Mergellina, Via Caracciolo and from the main shopping areas of the city. The courthouse and the Central Station (Piazza Garibaldi) are just easily accessible by underground train.

Asking for a taxi was a misadventure. I was told it was coming in 2 minutes. After 10 minutes, the receptionist confirmed that it was still coming in 2 minutes. Eventually I had to move on foot. On the road, I was picked up by the taxi - the driver claimed he had declared 10 minutes not 2. In any case I was really disappointed by the way the receptionist handled the situation.

Premesso che gli alberghi di Napoli sono generalmente cari e in edifici o zone scadenti, Serius merita sicuramente una quarta stella. Ubicazione buona (bus fuori la porta, vicino alla tangenziale e 3 stazioni entro 500 metri) hall impreziosita da sculture metalliche.Letto un po' duro (ma altri ospiti non confermano). Grave difetto: la camera ha un termostato ma la temperatura è comandata solo dalla portineria per ogni singola camera! Per il resto buone le dotazioni (cassaforte in camera) bagno pulito e spazioso. Portone girevole di irritante lentezza. Strano, ma la mia prenotazione non era a mio nome ma come "Venere". Comunque -avendo buona esperienza della concorrenza- consiglio quest'albergo.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Good bus links to centre of Naples and Vomero region also the underground was 5 minute walk from hotel to centre of Naples and in the other direction to the small towns along the coast. The staff were helpfull and a good breakfast was provided.We will use this hotel again

How to reach Hotel Serius
Heading towards Naples on the Autostrada follow the signs leading to the Tangenziale di Napoli (Ring of Naples) and take the exit for Fuorigrotta. Continue straight to the traffic light through the tunnel of the Stadium San Paolo of Naples. At the next traffic light left to Viale Augusto.
