Hotel Sant'Angelo - Naples

I can not recommend this hotel because it was dirty, noise and we must had a shower with could water!

Hotel itself is so, so, in regard to price and convenience to access. But surroundings are very poor, I feel it was dangerous or uncomfortable to walk around. No good restaurant in foot distance.

The hotel met our expectations, we stayed in a standard room with king bed & all necessary facilities & all our requests were met promptly with a smile. The whole staff were excellent especially those on reception.

The hotel is in an unpleasant and unsafe area. Our safe was not working when we checked in around 3PM. We were told that the person who could fix it would not be available until 10PM. They offered to keep our valuables at the front desk (not in a safe) while we went out. We were traveling with quite a bit of cash and valuable electronics and did not feel comfortable with that. Since we were told by many people not to go out with valuables, we ended up being "prisoners" in the hotel, including having dinner in the hotel restaurant, for our only night in Naples. Additionally, there was no shower door, although there was a track indicating where one belonged. Water splattered all over the bathroom even though we tried to be careful.

Clientele JUST for who has to stay close to the central station

This is a clean, attractive and very modern hotel. It couldn't be any closer to the train station. Unfortunately, that's not a good location unless you have to be there. There was no place to eat decently within reasonable walking didtance and there was nothing but trash, heavy traffic and unsavory looking people in the neighborhood. Use this hotel if you want a reliable and pleasant night's sleep immediately before or after a train trip, but not as a vacation base. Breakfast was very uninteresting.

Good service. A/C was not working well. More information about using the facilities can be included. Also the internet service in the rooms can be clearer to use/add them.

The room was fine; the breakfast buffet was poor, however, I have had better at 3* hotels.

Over all it's was excellent.The situation is very near the train station, the hotel is very clean inside, despite the very dirty street outside. The breakfeast is ok. I had a single room but it was not too small and the bathroom was very nice. It was a pleasant stay.
