The station area in Naples is not exactly the best one, shady people at all times. However, it is very close to the underground and convenient if you need to go places. The hotel is not too bad, definitely you pay for what you get. However the staircase to get to the hotel was very dirty and the front door of the building was left wide open at all times. The staff was ok. The hotel seroiously needs some refurbishment. The room was generally clean, the shower closet was all dirty at the bottom part, the toothbrush holder was disgusting. So, If I have to rate this hotel, I would just say ok..

Very kind and helpful staff, especially the young man working on reception. The owner does not speak English, but really tries his best to help with anything you need. We stayed in double superior room, which looks modest, but really has all you need - bed, tv, bathroom, WiFi. Everything was clean. The area around the hotel is awful, but on the other hand just near the main train station. Please pay attention to the hotel website which clearly states that some rooms don't have a private bathroom, as this can be the reason for misunderstanding. If you don't plan spending time in a hotel room, but want to explore the city and have a cheap, safe and clean place to sleep, do not hesitate to book.

This is a good location for seeing Naples on foot and surrounding area, 5 mins walk from main station. The staff were helpful and the room very good value. It is just a minute walk from the airport bus stop. Beware it is called B&B but there is no breakfast. Also Naples is full of rubbish and thieves and this is in a poorer area.

Nice place, very clean. Close to good bars where to have capuccino e cornetto with 3 euro. Buy sfogliatelle at Attanasio just under the Hotel. Have delicious mozzarella and well cooked Neapolitan food at Fratelli La Bufala out in Piazza Garibaldi on your left. Metro at few meters and buses in front of you

The warm Sri Lankan welcome by Suresh, and his helpful information was reassuring, as was the sight and efficient service of the lift to the 3rd floor. The hotel could not be better placed for transport to anywhere in or outside Naples, including the excellent Alibus to and from the airport. Many thanks.

Our luggage was lost by the airline. The man at the desk of the hotel was very helpful in retrieving it. He did not speak English but we could communicate thru google translate. The people at the airport of Naples were very rude, so this helpfil man was a pleasant surprise. Hè called the airport, with its usual unhelpful tapes until hè got thru, at least 5 times!

Fully refurbished bright clean hotel within an older building just off the main piazza in front of the main station. Elevator service after the first short run of stairs. Convenient for transport, but some care is needed to avoid petty crime in this area. If not arriving by day, need to make prior arrangements. Staff very helpful.

Regina Napoli is very good price for money, the room was spacious and clean with a belcony looking over the street. There is no communal area just a small reception area. It is close to the station for trips to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. Fabulous patisserie on the street below the hotel! There is a lift to get to the hotel which is on an upper floor. The free wifi connection is adequate.

it is a good place to stay few days. very close to the train station and the metro which makes it quite easy to be connected with the rest of the city. the staff was nice but except some time in the morning, it was hard to find somebody at the desk. no shower means no shower at all, not even a shared one in the floor. thank god the tiny bathroom has a bidet and it is clean. as a whole it was satisfying and the relationship between price and quality was very good. i would recommend it if you want something clean and easy.

I liked the hotel, it was very clean and it´s a very nice place inside. But I didn´t like the location, it´s like dirt and seems to be dangerous (although we didnt see anything), that´s the only reason I wouldn´t come back or I would try a better location.

The room was ok, you have a wc inside the room, but THERE'S NO SHOWER avaliable. It's the first time I go to a hotel that doesn't offer a shower inside or outside the room. The price was the cheapest (25 eur every night)but without shower.

The hotel is very clean, its basic but good value for money. We has a very large double room with a balcony. The entrance to the hotel is not attractive but neither is Naples. Its location is very close to the main train station which is handy to get as far away from Naples as possible.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was large and better than more expensive hotels. It was great value for money. The biggest problem was the seediness of the surrounding area. The staff don't speak English, but were very friendly. It was very hot without airconditioning, although the room had a fan. The street was noisy, but you never heard other people in the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find, very close to the train station. I would not recommend this hotel to young ladies travelling alone as the piazza garibbaldi is scary at night (pimps, prostitutes). The hotel itself feels very safe though. The staff was very welcoming. Note that there is a 2.50€ charge to use the fridge for beverages and that it is forbidden to eat in the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great size / comfort bed.

Piazza Garibaldi may not be the cleanest and nicest part of Napoli, but you don't have to worry about safety, especially if you are a couple. 10 minutes walk you get to the old city center. The railway station is just across the road, good thing for those who want to visit Erculane, Pompei, Sorrento or Rome. So it's a good location.

A very nice hotel in a central location. Easy to get to the centre of Naples and all other attractions around. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was that if you book a room which does not have an en suite, then you don't have any access to a shower as there are no communal ones.

The hotel was pleasant, with clean rooms, but with an unfortunate location. It was hellish to drive and reach the hotel! Would not recommend staying here with a car.. I was happy I was not on my own, because I would not have been comfortable leaving the hotel on my own, particularly at night! It was a pity that no English was spoken. We left early, but not as a result of the hotel, but rather a result of Naples. We found the city dirty, and alas after Rome it was just not a city that sold itself to visitors..

Naples in general is a city rather to avoid, unless you like to walk around mountains of trash piling up in the streets. Also the entrance of the multiuse-building is rather run-down, but once in the hotel you will be positively surprised. Great is the location just a few steps away from the main trainstation, so just about an hour to get to the interesting sites like Pompei & Vesuvius. Also only about 10 minutes busride from the airport.

Hotel Regina, doesn't look like much from outside. You have to walk up to the 3rd floor. However, once there, it looks totally out of place in the building. It is VERY clean, friendly staff, room was spacious, balcony, hot water, and great mattress. The area isn't the greatest, but there is a lot of public transportion that goes by there, and that is why we decided to stay there. For the price, you can't beat it. I would stay there again!

Clean, quiet, convenient situated, easy to find. Frendly staff, but no any foreign language. Unfortunately, there was no shower in our bathroom and there is no separate shower room in hotel. However, the price/quality ratio was super, because of winter depression. So, our stay was OK.

Not a bad hotel, but beware that the cheaper rooms have 'bathrooms' that don't include a shower. The people working there don't speak english either, which wasn't a huge problem until we asked about how we would go about having a shower, then google translator came to the rescue (the guy eventually let us use a shower in a spare room). Honestly, the area isn't so bad. Maybe if you're a bit older or very naive then you should avoid it. All in all good value, but don't stay too long if you don't like being dirty, unless you book a room with a shower. Great city.

Stayed for 2 nights at Regina Napoli. Room is relatively big, clean and well-kept. However, the surroundings of the hotel is rather rowdy, and so it is not really advisable to wander around after dark. It can get pretty noisy in the middle of the night too.

Lina's rooms are very clear and beautiful! Lina is the best hoster who is the warmest and knowledgable. Everything she recommended must be the truth she did prove herself already. Also she could show you all related documents even the tickets of the public buss and boats! She shown us the bus stations, the local good resturants and the bakery the tourists needs. You can believe her completely! If you don't mind to take the bus if go to Sorrento and want to live in Piano, Lina's home is the best choice!
