I liked the hotel, it was very clean and it´s a very nice place inside. But I didn´t like the location, it´s like dirt and seems to be dangerous (although we didnt see anything), that´s the only reason I wouldn´t come back or I would try a better location.

Very good value for money. The hotel is closed to the railway and all facilities needed (buses stops, subway, shops, restaurants) and the downtown as well. The stuff is friendly. Excellent wellcoming.

The room was ok, you have a wc inside the room, but THERE'S NO SHOWER avaliable. It's the first time I go to a hotel that doesn't offer a shower inside or outside the room. The price was the cheapest (25 eur every night)but without shower.

The hotel is very clean, its basic but good value for money. We has a very large double room with a balcony. The entrance to the hotel is not attractive but neither is Naples. Its location is very close to the main train station which is handy to get as far away from Naples as possible.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was large and better than more expensive hotels. It was great value for money. The biggest problem was the seediness of the surrounding area. The staff don't speak English, but were very friendly. It was very hot without airconditioning, although the room had a fan. The street was noisy, but you never heard other people in the hotel.

A very clean and nice place to stay. Very close to the Napoli Central Station and lots of food and market nearby. Reception doesn't speak English, but no big problem. Hotel surrounding is a bit dirty and scary at night, but I would say it's normal in Naples. Highly recommended and would stay again next time.

Excellent room, very clean, the price was excellent for the room quality indeed. We visited the old city of Naples and also Ercolano and the Vesuvio.

If you want to stay near the station at Naples this is a very clean inexpensive hotel. Only bad point is that it is on the third floor. There is a lift but only after the first flight of steps.

Fantastic relationship between price and quality!! Near to Central Station, but in a dark area of Naples.

The hotel was easy to find, very close to the train station. I would not recommend this hotel to young ladies travelling alone as the piazza garibbaldi is scary at night (pimps, prostitutes). The hotel itself feels very safe though. The staff was very welcoming. Note that there is a 2.50€ charge to use the fridge for beverages and that it is forbidden to eat in the room. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Great size / comfort bed.

Piazza Garibaldi may not be the cleanest and nicest part of Napoli, but you don't have to worry about safety, especially if you are a couple. 10 minutes walk you get to the old city center. The railway station is just across the road, good thing for those who want to visit Erculane, Pompei, Sorrento or Rome. So it's a good location.

Very convenient location close to Napoli Centrale. Room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable. There was also a fridge in the room. Staff didn't speak English, but were very nice and it wasn't a problem.

A very nice hotel in a central location. Easy to get to the centre of Naples and all other attractions around. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem was that if you book a room which does not have an en suite, then you don't have any access to a shower as there are no communal ones.

The hotel was pleasant, with clean rooms, but with an unfortunate location. It was hellish to drive and reach the hotel! Would not recommend staying here with a car.. I was happy I was not on my own, because I would not have been comfortable leaving the hotel on my own, particularly at night! It was a pity that no English was spoken. We left early, but not as a result of the hotel, but rather a result of Naples. We found the city dirty, and alas after Rome it was just not a city that sold itself to visitors..

Naples in general is a city rather to avoid, unless you like to walk around mountains of trash piling up in the streets. Also the entrance of the multiuse-building is rather run-down, but once in the hotel you will be positively surprised. Great is the location just a few steps away from the main trainstation, so just about an hour to get to the interesting sites like Pompei & Vesuvius. Also only about 10 minutes busride from the airport.

Hotel Regina, doesn't look like much from outside. You have to walk up to the 3rd floor. However, once there, it looks totally out of place in the building. It is VERY clean, friendly staff, room was spacious, balcony, hot water, and great mattress. The area isn't the greatest, but there is a lot of public transportion that goes by there, and that is why we decided to stay there. For the price, you can't beat it. I would stay there again!

Clean, quiet, convenient situated, easy to find. Frendly staff, but no any foreign language. Unfortunately, there was no shower in our bathroom and there is no separate shower room in hotel. However, the price/quality ratio was super, because of winter depression. So, our stay was OK.

Not a bad hotel, but beware that the cheaper rooms have 'bathrooms' that don't include a shower. The people working there don't speak english either, which wasn't a huge problem until we asked about how we would go about having a shower, then google translator came to the rescue (the guy eventually let us use a shower in a spare room). Honestly, the area isn't so bad. Maybe if you're a bit older or very naive then you should avoid it. All in all good value, but don't stay too long if you don't like being dirty, unless you book a room with a shower. Great city.

Stayed for 2 nights at Regina Napoli. Room is relatively big, clean and well-kept. However, the surroundings of the hotel is rather rowdy, and so it is not really advisable to wander around after dark. It can get pretty noisy in the middle of the night too.

Lovely small hotel. Very nice people. It would have been nice to have breakfast included, but was not. Location is very convenient to trains, busses, restaurants, etc.

Lina's rooms are very clear and beautiful! Lina is the best hoster who is the warmest and knowledgable. Everything she recommended must be the truth she did prove herself already. Also she could show you all related documents even the tickets of the public buss and boats! She shown us the bus stations, the local good resturants and the bakery the tourists needs. You can believe her completely! If you don't mind to take the bus if go to Sorrento and want to live in Piano, Lina's home is the best choice! We really enjoyed the time in her house and appreciated Lina very much for everything she did for us!
