Hotel Prati - Naples

Dirty hotel, dirty place, dirty rooms, never cleanned ! Don't choose this hotel.

We were two girls and we went in Naples for visiting the city for a week end

I had a large room and a large bath. Both were kept very clean. The room lacked drapes but the outer halls were nicely decorated with Pompeian motifs. Breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. It is quite a nice hotel, but I cannot recommend it because of the surrounding area which is a disaster area; dirty beyond belief. It is really quite sad.

I like this hotel!furniture is nice! diningroom of breakfast can see the mountain, i can't speek italian,but staff are very kind. price is very resonable.

Not the greatest hotel and poor neighborhood. Get what you pay for.

This hotel had a great location, gave us great advice on where to eat. We stayed 3 nights. On arrival neither the TV nor mini fridge worked, both were replaced next day. Would recommend this hotel if going to be out and about and not spend long in room, but for the money it was a terrific find!

Breakfast is scarce

Family of 4 ( mom dad 9 yr old daughter 7 yr old son). The hotel showed signs of wear and tear... probably was beautiful a few decades ago. For the price it was a very good deal. The disappointment came in the area outside of the hotel... the area around Naples train station is DIRTY. If you go to Naples stay in the center away from the station. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good.

The bedroom was fine, the toilet leaked, leaving the bathroom floor covered with water. The mini bar door was off its hinges and damp with condensation had entered the mini bar, resulting in the bottles being covered with mildew. Clearly if these were checked, no one cared sufficiently to rectify the problem. The window boxes had been used as an ashtray, staff did not remove approx 50 stubs, this was unpleasant. I would never go there again and will not book with the venere company as a result of this experience. The room was not worth the money. I obtained much better value from other sites while touring Italy.

The hotel was about 10 minutes from the station and close to public transport a very convenient location and just far enough away from the noise and confusion of Piazza Garibaldi.We had no problems with being acosted and felt safe at all times. We loved Naples and all it had to offer, a wonderful & facinating city to visit. The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a balcony, a fridge, a lift that worked, helpful staff, breakfast was so so but normal for Italy and the price range. Would go back to the same hotel and Naples as soon as we can
