nice personal and nice room. bath very small. It was quite clean (could have been better). Location is good beacause near to metro station. Sourroundings are not the best.

I cannot complain much since we made the reservation the day before to go watch a Napoli soccer match (Forza Napoli!), the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the only room they had smelled like an ash tray. Worse it was right on a busy road so to open the windows all night made for a noisy night. But when faced with the decision between noise and smoke I choose noise every day of the week. Like I said it is not really there fault since we only made the reservation a day in advance and apart from the smoke it was a great hotel. By the way Napoli won 1-0!

The manager was really generous yet polite. We stayed up late at my sister's house where a little bit far from this hotel, so came back early in the morning. He worryed about us and even made a international call to my home and asked if we were safe somewhere. We really appreciate his action and made us feel at home a bit. This is a place with hospitality.

la struttura è molto confortevole e l'ambiente risulta familiare. il personale è molto garbato e disponibile e fornisce un ottimo trattamento. le camere sono accoglienti e molto pulite oltre che estremamente silenziose. ottimo anche il collegamento con i mezzi pubblici . in definitiva un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo

An excellent choice even if the hotel is quite far from the town center and located in a sleeping area. Don't expect to see Naples by night but the rooms and the employees worth the price...

Das Hotel liegt zwar ausserhalb des Stadtzentrums (Haltstelle "Leopard" oder "Campi flregrei", mit der Metro erreicht man das Zentrum aber in zehn Minuten. Das Parken des Privatwagens dürfte problemlos sein. Zur Adressangabe des Hotels ist zu bemerken, dass die Adresse "Piazza Pilastri" ergänzt werden könnte mit dem praktischen Hinweis: an der Via Giulio Cesare, von der Stazione "Campi flegrei" aus nach rechts (500 m)/von der Stazione "Leopardi" aus nach links (150 m).

Excellent for visiting the city. (Near underground) Nice hosts. Excellent breakfast. Guarded car park nearby (€ 14/ 24 hours).

The hotel was further from the main train station than the map indicated, unless you take the metro to the hotel, then it is ok. The area was somewhat dicey, but the hotels proximity to the best pizzaria, Pizzaria Di Napoli, and one of the main metro lines makes it worth while.

Nice, comfortable hotel but the map provided through the website is very poor, we has to use other map search engines to locate hotel ourselves.

Service by receptionists very good and helpfull. Close to metro and bus station. At night you hear noice from local people on the street below the rooms. Breakfast is not so special.
