El hotel esta muy mal ubicado, en una zona peligrosa, oscura e insegura. De noche da miedo llegar hasta alli. Es viejo pero bien mantenido. El personal muy amable.

Friendly staff; Good and felpfull informations to copew with napoli faccilities. Web-map shows hotel not in the rihgt place; lies 1 km mor north; Coming from the airport take exit 11 from the tangente. Going to town by train is fine, to get to the trainstation without car takes time...

Hotel Kursaal has not received the venere.com-booking. But they helped us quickly to accommodate us for EUR 60 in Hotel San Paolo which was better quality & closer to the city which turned out to be very important in Napoli...

An excellent place to stay and our holiday was made all the more special and memorable because of Giuseppe (known as "Beppe"), a member of staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Beppe made us so welcome and was very kind, hospitable and helpful. If only EVERY hotel in EVERY destination had a Beppe!

I din´t enjoy Naples until I left Hotel Kursaal. I suffered a lot at evening when I had to get back to this hotel in the darkness a long way without people around, in a anywhere place. It toke me at least 3 hours weating nobuses in the cold nite. This people very persistent pusshed me to stay. Hard-heart people not worry about my security but only in their business.

How to reach Hotel Kursaal

By car
From the Tangenziale, take the Agnano exit n.11. Keep your left. After 200 metres, turn in the opposite direction. Then take the first street on your right.

By train
From the stazione centrale railway station, take the underground line 1, direction bagnoli. Get off at the Bagnoli stop. Then take the bus line C5 and get off at the Kursaal stop.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
